Derby, Kansas – Advanced Physical Therapy Reviews

Been coming for several weeks now and I think I've seen all of the staff by now. They're all great to work with. Wasn't really sure what to expect from PT but it's been a good experience.

You asked for 5 ⭐'s... I say, "Why not 13?!"
5 is great but 8 , oh, maybe I shouldn't finish what I started. 🫣 It is an awesome joke which became a thing because of the 17 registers at Dillon's Tallgrass. You must have quick wit and lots of orneriness within your soul, but then one can take a turn down an avenue that is called gutter lane. 🤔🧐 Okay, anyway...

I've been very pleased with the experience of this physical therapy. Like I've said...
Knowledge Is Power! My littles are always hearing their Nani say, "The more you know, the more you'll grow!" Quite honestly, the different exercises have helped me. I didn't know this before so I am grateful. I've never seen a physical therapist before and at 65, I'm still growing! My grandchildren think that is Kewl! They know I've been hurting, feeling down over my luck at having no vehicle still. So I've taken this knowledge in so that if needed down the road, I'll merely hit the repeat key. Lord knows, we are not getting any younger. I have enjoyed learning these techniques into allowing my neck to turn side to side without my whole body needing to go also. Right now, my neck is paining me horribly. I'm going to hit what I've learned and relax. ❤️🌺🤙🏽

I know you've noticed, I talk a lot. But I've always told my patrons and my customers over the years, the plus side is if you're listening, you're learning. It's a good thing to do on a daily. That wit and orneriness, oh yes. My grandfather needed someone to pick up where he was to leave off, and leaving the whole room laughing is the only way I see fit. Doesn't matter if one is laughing at me or with me, just as long as their hearts are happy! ♥️✝️♥️

Advanced Physical Therapy is a great place to go for your physical therapy needs. They are very professional and friendly.

I completed physical therapy for a rotator cuff repair. I wasn't aware when I started therapy, what a physical and emotional roller coaster the experience would be. I had victories and setbacks, tears and laughter. The staff were right there with me helping me get through each session. The receptionist, Assistants, Therapists, and staff all were part of making the experience healing in their own way. Rikki was the perfect match personality wise with me and pushed me to get through some pretty tough therapy. She is a perfect blend of kindness and toughness and helped me keep a positive outlook. I knew what I would be doing at home and had great resources to do so. I felt like the entire staff was invested in seeing me get better. I wouldn't sign up for rotator cuff surgery again 🙂 but I would go back to the Tanglewood office in a heartbeat if I needed physical therapy! The staff are all stellar!

The Staff here are very attentive to your needs. They push you to do more but not so much that it makes you uncomfortable. They never give up, they just keep trying until they find what works for you.

I would recommend Advanced Physical Therapy and the team at the Derby Tanglewood clinic for their professionalism & compassion. They are not only good for an injury or rehab but they are great for pain management as well.
