Anne has enjoyed helping people since a young age. She grew an interest in physical therapy when both her dad and younger brother had back surgery. She was able to shadow at Hutchinson Physical Therapy throughout high school, and that’s where she ultimately decided that she wanted to become a physical therapist assistant. Anne graduated from Washburn University’s PTA program in May of 2014. She began doing PRN work for Advanced Physical Therapy in September of that same year, and became full-time in January of 2015. “My favorite part of this job is gaining relationships with each of my patients, seeing them become stronger, and making gains so that they can enjoy their lives with less pain.” In her free time Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, running and spending time outdoors.

Hank grew up in Buhler, Kansas and attended Buhler High School. He played football and tennis throughout his high school career and was introduced to physical therapy after a couple of minor ankle injuries. While Hank was attending Hutchinson Community College, he was a student athletic trainer and really enjoyed that side of the medical field too.
Hank’s hobbies include playing tennis, hunting, fishing, watching TV and movies, trying new and different foods, spending time with family and traveling.
The one thing he enjoys the most about being in the physical therapy field is being able to be a part of patients journeys to regain strength, function and a sense of normalcy in their daily lives.

My pain was very great when I started therapy. The staff was helped me work through the pain. I am thankful my balance has greatly improved and swelling and pain is almost gone completely. I’m thankful I can walk again. Very positive experience for me.
When I came in for my first visit a few days after my surgery my knee bend was only 85º. Now at my last visit my bend is 115º! I am doing stairs almost normally, it is awesome! I am using my stationary bike at home just like I did before.
