Dr. Corey Jackson PT, DPT
Physical TherapistDr. Corey Jackson earned both his Bachelors in Exercise Science and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wichita State University. Following that Corey has worked primarily in an outpatient orthopedic setting seeing a wide variety of patients. Corey has been through therapy himself on multiple occasions, both as a child and young adult, and feels connected to his patients. He enjoys getting people back to their normal activities and lives.
He was lucky enough to work for almost ten years in a setting that developed his treatment of sports and orthopedic shoulder and knee patients including many college and professional athletes. Helping them return to the field, court or diamond. He has a special interest in working with people dealing with shoulder injuries, hip pain and a variety of knee ailments. He also enjoys helping teach the Physical Therapy students orthopedic manual skills at Wichita State.
Outside of the clinic he enjoys exercising, going on quiet walks with his dog and doing anything with his two daughters and his wife. Be careful, he may sneak in a corny dad joke or two during your sessions. Be prepared to fake a laugh.
