Great place, especially the help

Jennifer at the front desk is so very helpful with scheduling and insurance. The only time I’ve ever had to wait in the waiting area very long was when I showed up really early for my appointment—which was not their fault. Poor Justine must have drawn the short straw - she has to work with me just about every time I go in, and is respectful, knowledgeable, and personable.
The business is always clean and organized. Snacks and drinking water are provided for that little boost of energy you might need before or after your session. And my favorite part is when they sit me in a recliner with ice and/or heat packs, and hook me up with the e-stim treatment. I’m on my 2nd post-knee replacement round of PT with them now, and just absolutely couldn’t have gotten through either one without them!

They went above and beyond for my son when they was working with him when he tore his acl. Jen at the the front desk is awesome to deal with she is always happy to help you with whatever you need. I would recommend them to everyone that is in need of physical therapy. Thank you for all your hard work. Mark Hull

ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT ADVANCED PHYSICAL THERAPY IN ARK CITY!!! I HAD BACK SURGERY 2024 AND THEY HAVE HELPED ME IN WAY'S I COULDN'T EVEN BELIEVE!! IM STILL IN THERAPY WITH THEM I HAVE WORKED WITH EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THAT OFFICE AND HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT RESULTS IT HAS BEEN A LONG ROAD AND THEY HAVE STOOD BESIDE ME THROUGH IT ALL NOT ONLY THE THERAPIST BUT JEN AT THE FRONT DESK MAKES YOU FEEL AT HOME AND THE OTHER GIRLS THAT HELP KEEP EVERYTHING NICE AND CLEAN HELP SO MUCH ALSO!!! I HAVE ACQUIRED THREE SHIRT'S FROM HERE AND WHEN I WEAR THEM OUT IVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE ASK ME ABOUT THIS PLACE AND I ALWAYS AND I WILL FOREVER SAY I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY AND EVERYONE!! I WAS VERY BLESSED TO GET ALL THESE WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN MY LIFE IN A VERY HARD TIME OF NEED!!! Been with em a short time now but got awhile to go. The staff is very friendly and very informational answer every question I have! They push ya in a good way like they are suppose to! Would definitely recommend!

I have had a dozen surgeries, most of which included physical therapy. I had previously used two other physical therapy clinics and was pleased with their results. When I was referred to Advanced Physical Therapy, I was hesitant. We are creatures of habit, and I was expecting one of the other two clinics. I went with APT and am pleased to announce that I did not once regret my decision. They are all fully vested in the rehabilitation of their clients. Not detracting from any of the staff, but I want to give a special shout out to Allyson. Overall, a very dedicated team. Be like Mikey (old Life cereal commercial). Try it. You'll like it!

All the therapist are very nice and knowledgeable and now I don't need pain pills or muscle relaxers and I am pain free. Just a super great place to recover. I've been to pt several times other places advanced pt is the only time it worked. Overall great I can't say enough good about thankyou apt yall are awesome

People are so nice and very caring make you feel comfortable.

I have used Advanced Physical Therapy 3 times now. All the employees have been wonderful they not only make sure they are helping you Physically,they also answer any questions you have and help with the mental aspects of major surgeries also. I highly recommend Advanced to anyone that needs Physical Therapy.

I recommend Advanced Physical Therapy in Arkansas City so much! The therapists are all so professional and personable! I have enjoyed my experience so much!!!
